This is the first phase of post-construction cleaning, typically done before finishes are installed.
Includes:

• Removal of large debris and leftover construction materials

• Sweeping and vacuuming of floors

• Dusting walls, framing, and rough surfaces

• Cleaning out interior spaces (e.g., closets, storage areas, mechanical rooms)

• Prep for subcontractors to begin finishing work

 

Ideal for: Active job sites getting ready for flooring, paint, or trim work

Performed after construction is complete, just before the space is turned over.
Includes:

• Detailed dusting and wiping of all surfaces, including baseboards, cabinetry, and fixtures

• Floor cleaning (sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, or buffing)

• Window cleaning (interior glass, sills, and frames)

• Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, and utility areas

• Removal of stickers, tape, and residue from new appliances and fixtures​

 

Ideal for: Making the space move-in ready for owners or tenants

The final polish, typically done a day or two before move-in or after inspections.
Includes:

• Re-cleaning high-traffic or re-dirtied areas

• Polishing floors, mirrors, and glass

• Spot-cleaning smudges, fingerprints, and light dust

• Final check to ensure the space is spotless and presentation-ready
